Refunds
All of our products are digital downloads. Refunds are not issued unless the models contain errors and are not printable. All models have been printed at least once. If you do find an error, contact us and we will either fix the error or refund you purchase at our discretion. If you have problems downloading a product contact us and we will work to get the product to you.
